Ann-Marie Campbell is Senior Executive Vice President of The Home Depot, where she oversees U.S. stores and operations, The Home Depot Canada and Mexico, and outside sales and service. She joined the company in 1985 as a part-time cashier in South Florida and advanced through store, district, regional, merchandising and operations leadership before being named president of the Southern Division in 2009. She became executive vice president of U.S. stores in 2016 and was elevated to senior executive vice president effective November 1, 2023. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she is one of the highest-ranking Black executives in U.S. retail.
