Stephanie C. Hill is President of Rotary and Mission Systems at Lockheed Martin, a business of more than $17 billion in annual sales employing roughly 35,000 people, spanning helicopters and uncrewed systems, integrated air and missile defense, surface combat and undersea systems, radar and electronic warfare. She joined Lockheed Martin in 1987 as a software engineer and has held a series of senior roles including Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Transformation, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, and vice president and general manager of several business units. She was named the 2014 Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group.
