Kesha Cash is the founder and general partner of Impact America Fund, a venture capital firm backing technology-enabled businesses built for and by people from marginalized communities. In 2020 she closed a $55 million second fund, reported at the time as the largest fund raised by a Black woman general partner, following a $10 million debut vehicle. She began her career as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Merrill Lynch and later worked in impact investing at Bridges Ventures in the United Kingdom before co-founding Jalia Ventures in 2010.
