Suzanne Shank is president and chief executive officer of Siebert Williams Shank & Co., the largest woman- and minority-owned non-bank financial firm in the United States. A civil engineer by training, she co-founded the firm in 1996 with Muriel Siebert and Napoleon Brandford and became its chief executive at age 35. The firm has senior-managed more than $1.4 trillion in municipal bond transactions and has worked on corporate offerings including the Airbnb, Oscar Health and Root Insurance IPOs. It took its current name in 2019 after merging with The Williams Capital Group.
