
Toni Townes-Whitley
Former Chief Executive Officer at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
Toni Townes-Whitley served as Chief Executive Officer of SAIC from 2023 until October 2025, becoming the first Black woman to lead a defense industry corporation. Before SAIC she spent eight years at Microsoft, rising to president of the company's U.S. regulated industries business, and earlier served as chief operating officer of CGI Federal and held vice president roles at Unisys. She began her career as a Peace Corps teacher in Gabon and a policy analyst at the General Accounting Office.
